Our History

Welcome to GTG Technology Group - where former top-tier IT executives unite to revolutionize industry standards. We're born from a wealth of multinational corporate wisdom, dedicated to solving the core challenges faced by major companies when choosing their IT provider. Our mission? Elevate your business from good to exceptional through expert-driven solutions tailored to redefine success in the digital era.

- We consider that after having worked for so many years as global leaders in multinational companies and dealing with countless IT providers from the client side (we have worked with both the largest and smallest providers), we understand the areas of opportunity and shortcomings that these companies have when providing services. That is why we decided to move forward with a company that has a different vision and knowledge, where we truly believe we can solve the needs of large global companies from the end-to-end.

 

Precisely, the name of the company comes from the famous book written by Jim Collins, "Good To Great". The same talks about how to take a company that works well to being great. That is what we, as an IT company, aim for. We don't just want our customers to do well, we want to support them to be great.

Why GTG?

As former global IT executives of multinational companies, we understand the needs of companies from the inside, with a different vision. We believe that we can contribute with different knowledge, to be able to support companies to optimize their processes and gain productivity.
We have lived face to face with the areas of opportunity of the largest IT providers.

 

- We have worked with global and remote teams, with factories in India and Russia, support teams in Brazil, Mexico and the USA. We believe we understand from the root the problems that multinationals face when choosing an IT provider. From communication problems, understanding of issues, compliance with objectives, staff rotation, experience of assigned resources, scope, lack of teamwork, synergy, having a more cooperative mindset, among others.

 

At GTG we set out to resolve all these gaps. Commit to meeting our clients' objectives as if they were our own objectives. To feel part of the client and share the same business and productivity goals.
